WHO ARE EPM?
At Evolve Performance Method our focus is on educating and empowering you to reach optimal health along with creating a safe and supportive environment to achieve your fitness aspirations.
We have a deep love and passion for performance, specifically in strength and weight based training. We specialise in women who are new to the gym space or who are determined to fine tune their technique for better quality results.
Exercise and healthy eating are tools to use when improving your quality of life, and therefore shouldn’t take over your life. We work closely with each member to develop a holistic approach that not only supports the achievement of their personal goals, but also allows them to create a lifestyle in which training is incorporated sustainably.
Finally, if you’re ready to be done with restricting your food, spending hours in the gym away from your family and career, as well as hating what you see in the mirror, EPM is the community for you.
