slow weight loss is sustainable weight loss
I used to be obsessed - OBSESSED - with weighing myself every day during ridiculous diets. My mood and outlook on day-to-day life was dictated by a number.
What I’m obsessed with now is how much better my body moves, that this furious bag of potatoes can squat (which I used to terrified of due to a dodgy knee,) and a marked improvement in my cardiovascular health.
The 8kg drop is a pleasant bonus

Elise is one of our longest and most consistent EPM gals.This type of consistency has allowed Elise to experience and achieve a wide range of goals during her time training with us.
Over 4 years Elise has:
Healed and bullet-proofed an existing lower back (disc) injury
Increased her food intake whilst maintaining body composition
Completed a successful leaning down program and becoming 10kg+ leaner
Deadlifted 120kg x 6 reps
Adapted smoothly during Melbourne’s lockdown period and continued to achieve other goals like greater upper body strength
