  1. How much do your services cost?

The cost of our service varies depending on what you’re seeking assistance for and therefore the level of support you need (i.e. 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.) Your best bet is to book in your free consult with us where we can discuss your unique situation in person and arrive at the most suitable solution for you.

2. Where is EPM based?

EPM operates out of Spartans Gym and Fitness in Kilsyth, located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. If your location is not viable for face to face training, our online coaching is a great option for you.

3. Do I have to have a gym membership?

A gym membership or access to gym equipment is a requirement to participate in our programs. A membership with Spartans Gym and Fitness is recommended, however Spartans offer casual passes to visit the gym. 4. What if i’ve never done strength training before?

There is no need for previous experience to work with EPM. We welcome all levels of experience and we specialise working with those who are new to training.

5. Do you cater for vegetarians?

Yes we accomodate the nutritional needs of vegetarians

6. Do you train both men and women?

EPM specialise in women who are new to training and looking to fine tune their technique for accelerated progress. We also cater for men in both an in person and online capacity, specialising in body recomposition and injury rehabilitation.

7. How do I sign up?

To begin working with us, simply submit an application form and one of our specialised coaches will contact you within 24 hours.

8. I’m time poor, how much time will I need to invest to improve?

If nothing changes, then nothing changes. As coaches we work collaboratively with you as an individual to reframe your habits and approach to your fitness pursuits. Ultimately, the exact amount of time largely depends on what you’re looking to achieve. No matter the goal, we place a large emphasis on sustainability and will guide you on the way to accelerated progress.
