Having gone through her own personal journey of losing 25kg’s and creating a more toned body, Melinda knows first hand the challenges that come with trying to put yourself first whilst also juggling being a mum and raising a family.
Using a combination of honest, high end support combined with years of practical experience, Melinda is able to help women find the right training approach to suit them and their busy lives to achieve a body and level of health that they love.
