Dark Choc Almond Clusters

No better combo than dark chocolate and almonds - change my mind!

These Dark Choc Almond Clusters are perfect for a healthier snack or dessert! Can be made sugar free or dairy free depending on the type of chocolate used! I always love Lindt 70% dark chocolate for my baking!

Makes 30 pieces, KJ:404/piece, p:2.5, c:3.5, f:8

Ingredients:

200g dark chocolate

2 cups of roasted almonds

Method:

  1. Heat a pot over medium to low heat. Melt dark chocolate slowly until smooth

  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add in almonds

  3. Stir to coat all the almonds

  4. On a lined baking tray, use a teaspoon to spoon out a small cluster and place on the tray

  5. Use a little pink salt over the top if desired!

  6. Place in the fridge for around 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens!
