  • You avoid exercises out of fear of looking stupid or hurting yourself

  • You are anxious about being watched or judged in the gym

  • You have no idea where to start to get to where you want to be

  • 1 x 60 minute face to face specialised coaching session per week (F2F only)

  • Weekly check in call (Online only)

  • 2-3 phase personalised training program built into 12 weeks
